General responsibilities:

 

·        You’ll be a 360recruitment consultant running your own desk. You’ll have full support of the wider team along with delivery consultants to assist in sourcing strong talent.

·        Make outbound calls, communicate, and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

·        Signing new clients by a variety of new business outreaches.

·        Create accurate searches via LinkedIn Recruiter.

·        Conduct initial screenings of CVs and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job openings.

·        Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system

·        Build excellent knowledge of your industry and develop strong networks.

·        Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

·        Build a positive presence in the market and become the key person of influence.
