After graduating from the University of Exeter, Francesca moved to London 2.5 years ago where she started her career in recruitment. Initially Francesca joined as a Candidate Consultant for a small start-up and was then promoted to Resource Lead after 8 months within the company. She has placed a range of experienced candidates, from fresh graduates or individuals with up to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
